Controller. The data controller for personal data collected through this website is Suveron Family Office B.V., a private limited company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands. For all data protection enquiries, write to office@suveron.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.
What we collect. We collect only what is necessary for the purpose at hand: your name; email address; and, for partner applications, your organisation name, role, and website. We may also collect information you provide voluntarily in free-text fields, and choices you make in our intake forms solely for the purpose of routing your enquiry. We do not collect data from third-party databases or public registries, and we do not collect special-category personal data intentionally.
How and why we use it. We process your data to respond to introduction requests and prepare for an initial conversation (legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); to evaluate partner applications (consent); and to deliver publications and communications to subscribers (consent). Where required, we may also process data to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)). You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to office@suveron.com.
Sharing. We do not sell, rent, or licence your personal data. We may share data with secure infrastructure and service providers acting as processors under binding agreements, with professional advisers on a strictly need-to-know basis, and with regulatory or judicial authorities where required by law. Data is shared only to the extent necessary.
International transfers. Where a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place - in particular, the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another approved transfer mechanism under GDPR Chapter V.
Retention. Introduction and enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months; partner application data for up to 36 months or the duration of an active relationship; subscription data until you withdraw consent. After the applicable period, data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised, unless retention is required by law.
Your rights. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Our lead supervisory authority is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP) - www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl. To exercise any right, write to office@suveron.com.
We do not use profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on any individual.
